1. Who We Are

Dreamliy is a digital service that creates personalized bedtime stories for children in multiple languages. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Dreamliy. References to "you" or "your" mean the person using the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dreamliy account. Dreamliy is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults who create stories for children in their care. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Please notify us immediately at hello@dreamliy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dreamliy only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use Dreamliy to create content that is violent, hateful, sexual, or otherwise harmful to children.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute stories generated through Dreamliy without our written consent.
• Use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Stories and Content

Stories you create with Dreamliy are personalized outputs generated from the inputs you provide. You retain the right to enjoy and share your stories for personal, family use. Dreamliy retains all rights to the underlying service, voices, narration technology, and branding.

Because story text and narration are generated automatically, we cannot guarantee that every output will be free of errors or perfectly suited to every child. You are responsible for reviewing stories before sharing them with your child.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of Dreamliy require a paid subscription. The current price is $30 USD.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Trial terms will be described at the point of sign-up. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, you will be charged the applicable price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

8. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Dreamliy available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. We are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dreamliy name, logo, website design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Dreamliy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Dreamliy uses third-party services to operate (for example, hosting, email, payment, voice synthesis). Your use of Dreamliy is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers where applicable.

11. Disclaimers

Dreamliy is provided for entertainment and bedtime-story purposes. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, educational, or therapeutic advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamliy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dreamliy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using Dreamliy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of Dreamliy after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international consumer protection and service laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
